Our neon signs are a modern alternative to traditional glass tube neons whilst still providing great impact!

Made from high quality LED flex rubber tubing and powered by LED lights they are:

• cost effective
• durable
• safe

There is no glass used in our neon signs which makes them really light weight and easy to hang.

Our Neons come with standard 12V Australian Power cords so you can plug it in and simply turn it on.

You will receive with your sign:

• 1-2 metres of clear cord that is attached to the sign
• 1 x Adaptor + Transformer with a 1-2 metre cord, which connects to the clear cord and plugs into the wall

For custom orders we can supply a remote control if you choose, just let us know in your quote request form.

All of our neons come with holes in the backing to hang them up on hooks or from a stand or wherever you choose. We recommend using fishing line, wire or something similar to hang them - just be sure to use a secure knot!

Custom neons come with a 12 month warranty which covers all faulty items when used appropriately.

Bond fees are common practice for hire items and is refundable upon the return of the sign in good working order. The bond requires you to hang it safely and package it safely so that it doesn’t get damaged during transport back to Ooh la Neon.

Please allow between 3 and 5 weeks for your custom neon to be manufactured and delivered to you. Each piece is handmade to design. If you need it sooner, please let us know and we will try and accommodate (express fee applies to rush orders).

Custom neons are not eligible for return or refund.

Unfortunately, at this stage our hire service is only available within the Sydney Metro area

Shipping is a flat rate of $80 per order within the Sydney Metro area. This covers delivery to your nominated address and return courier.

For Custom Neons delivery is $40 to a Sydney Metro address of your choice.
